When we first tasted this coffee on the cupping table we were all in love. This is a very well balanced coffee – with flavours of nougat and chocolate pudding.
Sourced from a farm in Brazil called Mirante, which is farmed by Pedro Gabarra who is a sixth generation coffee farmer. Pedro’s emphasis on quality and commitment to the environment has led many awards – plus his farm is working towards being carbon positive. This coffee is Rainforest Alliance and Brazil Specialty Coffee Association certified.
It’s the first time in a while that we have stocked a Yellow Bourbon varietal, which is a particularly sweet, delicately bodied and complex variety.
We have roasted it for espresso, and it is delicious black and with milk.
