From 36 grower co-operatives, each farmer cultivates coffee in “coffee gardens”, fertilising with organic material and intercropped with various food crops. This coffee has been processed at Welichu Wachu in the Yabitu Koba region, where washed coffees are dried on traditional raised beds. Hand roasted with love.
