A very special washed process Peru from just three farms high in the mountains above Jaen.

These farmers are young, fully committed to coffee and making full use of the all the agricultural advice offered. They arranged for their coffee to be processed as a small run at the new mill.

The result is proof that Peru is up there with the best – a deeply complex coffee, chestnut, molasses, winter spices.
