By sending an order through this website you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the prices shown on this website. We will endeavour to keep our information as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason. Where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. If we are unable to supply your order at a mutually agreed price we will refund your payment.


All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. Stash Coffee Pty Ltd will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.

Stash Coffee Pty Ltd will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose. We will use this information to process your order and, if requested, provide you with mail subscription updates. We do not store credit card information. Unless required to do so under Law we do not keep a record of user IP addresses.


We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard and payments by direct deposit into our bank account.


Sorry, orders can’t be cancelled.


If you received coffee that was not as per what you ordered (eg wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it. Please let us know via our Contact page immediately.

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we will exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance).  For applicable returns, please contact us with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Stash Coffee, PO Box 818 Denmark WA 6333. Goods must returned in their packaging.

Refunds: Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on this website.  Please select your purchases carefully.  We are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order however, but do not guarantee that we will offer a replacement product or a refund.


For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly.

Stash Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.


Payments for your selected period  are billed in advance. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or postponed.

Addresses can be changed by contacting us and verifying you are the recipient of the subscription.


Stash Coffee Pty Ltd endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
