From Jose Carlos, a fourth generation coffee farmer who started producing specialty coffees in 2017. Along with his wife and son he has been experimenting with different fermentation processes. This coffee has undergone natural aerobic fermentation, and offers a new sensory experience for consumers of Brazilian coffees. We’re excited about roasting this coffee soon.
