Returning to our single origin lineup for a third year is the gorgeous coffee cherries from Hacienda Tirra, processed by Coopetarrazu co-operative, in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.

The co-op supports environmentally sustainable farming practices, including bird and insect programs, and supports the education of members, youth and children.
